Belarus- Russia- Ukraine
In May of 2004 RMI began its first international rubblizing project in Russia on M6 in Belarus. RMI was successful in rubblizing 90,000 square meters Belarus, and in Kobrin with105,000 square meters on M1.
In 2005 RMI’s rubblizing projects included Belarus on M6 with 90,000 square meters, and M10 with approximately 91,000 square meters. RMI also rubblized in Kolomna on M5 with approximately 112,000 square meters and 70,000 square meters on M6 near Tambov.
In 2006, RMI rubblized 364,000 square meters in the Ukraine on M-02 near Chernigov.
In 2007 RMI began breaking concrete for removal at the Sheremtyevo Airport in Moscow. In Sochi, Russia (site of the 2014 Winter Olympics) International Airport was rubblized for overlay. RMI also completed a large project in the Ukraine on the M-02 for 644,000 square meters.
In 2008 RMI's have a planned 1 million square meters to break or rubblize on airports and highways in Eastern Europe. RMI has a permanent workforce in Eastern Europe.

Chile South America
In 2005, RMI was awarded a contract to rubblize roads for HMA overlay in Chile South America. RMI successfully rubblized for overlay in late 2006, a large stretch of road, Route 78, that was 9” in thickness.
China
In 2007 RMI rubblized a 160,000 square meter project in Shanghai, on Highway 318. RMI is currently working on a 280,000 square meter job in Nanchong, Sichuan, China. Both projects involve HMA overlay. Currently RMI has 4 working machines in China as of 2008, with a China based operation in place and is working closely with government officials on 2 large projects to be let in 2008.
